Michael Kanellis, DDS, MS, Dean For Patient Services, University of Iowa College of Dentistry
Dr. Michael Kanellis is dean for patient services at the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. Prior to his appointment to this position in 2005, he was associate professor and chair of the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Kanellis attended the University of Iowa where he received his DDS in 1979, his master's degree in pediatric dentistry in 1982 and his master's degree in Dental Public Health in 1995. Dr. Kanellis spent 13 years in private practice before joining the faculty at the University of Iowa on a full time basis in 1995.
