Diana Nicholls-Blomme is a registered nurse with over 30 years experience in geriatric and disabilities management. She directed licensed residential, intermediate and skilled nursing care facilities, developed a hospital-based department of aging, and developed a multiple state employee orientation and training program. She is an executive officer with the Iowa Department of Public Health, Office of Organizational Excellence; staff for the Abuse Education Review Panel, and instructor for colleges, universities, and the private sector.
