Neil K. Seales, Superintendent, Baxter Community School District
Neil has been in public education for 32 years in the roles of teacher, principal, and athletic coach, and has served as superintendent of schools of the Baxter Community School District since 1989. He is a member of the Baxter Community Educational Foundation Board of Trustees and has actively participated in various school/community improvement initiatives including the development of Baxter Early Learning Center, joint library, athletic/recreation complex, and wellness center. In addition, he has overseen the passage of two major school bond referenda and managed the subsequent facility construction projects.
