David Vestal, JD, General Counsel, Iowa State Association of Counties (ISAC)
Davis Vestal is general counsel for the Iowa State Association of Counties. He has a law degree from the University of Oregon. He was in private practice for four years in Cedar Rapids before coming to ISAC in 1990. He advises county officials on civil matters, conducts training seminars on a wide variety of subjects, and writes a monthly column in ISAC's magazine on legal issues.
