Kristin K. Vogel, RN, Public Health Nurse, Calhoun County Department of Health
Kristy Vogel obtained her nursing education from Jenny Edmunson School of Nursing in Council Bluffs and from Iowa Central Community College in Fort Dodge. She worked as a registered nurse in long-term care and hospital settings until joining a WIC/Child and Youth project in 1992. Since then she has remained in public service, working for the Calhoun County Department of Health. She now leads its Medical Home and Family Foundations project that integrates public and private health services for children and families.
